A recent forecast from Zillow, as reported by the Home Buying Institute, predicted that home prices could continue to steadily increase into 2022. The median home value for the Nashville-Murfreesboro-Franklin metro area rose by approximately 16% over the past 12 months. Zillow also predicted that home values in the area would rise around 15% over the next 12 months. Demand from buyers remains strong across the Middle Tennessee housing market. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the population of Nashville grew by an estimated 10.8% from 2010 to 2019.
